Hosted by the University of the West of Scotland Business School and supported Dumfries & Galloway College and South of Scotland Business Solutions, this practical workshop will focus on the latest industry trends, strategic analysis and the development of new processes which will assist your business with continuous improvement. The workshop will ensure you are ready to take advantage of the many varied successful regional products and events such as 7Stanes, Galloway Forest Park, Dark Skies, Biosphere, Spring Fling and the Wigtown Book Festival.
There will also be the opportunity to meet the experts during small themed discussion groups or 1:1 sessions.
